Halloween Walk and Shoebox Appeal

Dear Parents

1. Halloween Walk

Our Annual Halloween Sponsored Walk to raise money for school funds, returns this year. It will take place on Thursday 21st October in the morning (weather permitting). The children may dress up but we ask that they have no masks or props eg, baskets/swords etc. Children have sponsor sheets home today – 1 per family. Please return these before Wednesday 20th October. All monies raised will go towards school funds.

2. Samaritans Purse - Shoebox Appeal
Operation Christmas Child

St. Joseph's families have been very generous in the past in providing shoebox gifts for this appeal and it is great for the children to be involved in sending much needed gifts to others. We will send home information tomorrow and ask that all shoeboxes be left at the Main Entrance before the 11th November. The boxes will be collected by the organisation shortly after this date.
