Morning all!
Another New Christmas Tradition for St. Joseph’s P.S. Bessbrook.
We have been invited to sing and bring some Christmas cheer to the turning on of the lights in Bessbrook this year on Thursday 5th December.
I have been working with the P4-7 children to prepare a few songs that we will be singing alongside children from St. Peter’s P.S. Cloughreagh. I ask that as many children come down from the whole school (P1-7, SPL and SPSC,) as possible.
The songs will include: Silent Night, Away In A Manger, Frosty The Snowman, Jingle Bells, Santa Clause is Coming to Town, Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer and We Wish you a Marry Christmas.
We ask that all children who are going to join us, to make this a very festive evening, meet down by the Christmas Tree for 5:15. The event will begin @ 5:30 and will conclude @ 18:30. Please wrap up warm and let’s make this a very special evening for our children and our community.
